1. Sponsor
The ShopWitty.ai Waitlist Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Debbie Bledsoe Enterprises, LLC, doing business as ShopWitty.ai, 7252 Archibald, Ste. 1047, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91701 ("Sponsor").
Amazon is not a sponsor of this Giveaway and is not affiliated with it. Amazon.com and its affiliates are not responsible for the Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
3. Entry period
The Giveaway begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends December 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Entry Period").
4. How to enter
Join the waitlist at shopwitty.ai with your first name and email during the Entry Period, then click the link in the confirmation email to confirm your address. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Entries made with multiple or fake email addresses, or by automated means, will be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) $100 Amazon.com gift card, delivered by email. Approximate retail value: $100. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Gift cards are subject to Amazon's gift card terms. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible confirmed entries on or about December 18, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified at the email address used to enter and must respond within 3 days, or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or emails, or for technical failures. Sponsor may cancel or modify the Giveaway if it cannot run as planned. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

9. Winner's name
To request the winner's first name and state, email info@shopwitty.ai after December 31, 2026.
