Privacy policy

Last updated October 1, 2026

This policy explains what information ShopWitty.ai collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. ShopWitty.ai is operated by Debbie Bledsoe Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us").

What we collect

• Waitlist details you give us: your first name, email address, and your agreement to receive emails.
• How you found us: the website or campaign that sent you here (for example, Instagram or TikTok), when that information is available.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited to keep the site secure and running.

How we use it

• To manage the waitlist and tell you when ShopWitty launches
• To send deal tips and updates you agreed to receive
• To run the waitlist giveaway and contact the winner
• To understand which channels bring visitors so we can improve

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Services we use

We use trusted providers to run the site and the waitlist. They process information only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase stores waitlist signups.
• AWeber sends our emails and manages subscriptions.
• Vercel hosts this website.

Affiliate links and cookies

This site doesn't set its own advertising cookies. When you click an affiliate link, such as a link to Amazon, the retailer may set cookies to track the purchase so we can earn a commission. Those cookies are covered by the retailer's own privacy policy. See our affiliate disclosure.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.
• Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@shopwitty.ai. We'll respond within 45 days.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. You can make a request at the email above.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information while the waitlist and our email list are active, or until you ask us to delete it.

Children

ShopWitty.ai is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. The giveaway is open only to adults; see the official rules.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
